Spicy Kebabs With Veggies

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts

  • 1 red bell pepper

  • 1 Yellow bell pepper

  • 2 onions

  • 12 cherry or grape tomatoes

Marinade

  • 1/4 cup Steak Sauce

  • 1 tbsp fermented chili paste

  • 3 tbsp honey

 

Cooking Instructions

  • Cut Chicken Breast into 1.25” Squares

  • Combine marinate ingredients into a Ziploc bag with chicken breast pieces and place into a cooler to marinate overnight.

  • Cut peppers & onions into 1.25” squares

  • Load chicken, peppers, tomatoes, and onion on skewers, length measured to fit on BioLite grill.

  • For best results: cook over wood until chicken is fully cooked or to 165 degrees
